Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days after shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@itspackngo.com.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees charged by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or Delivery costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate the case with the carrier and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
