At Pack & Go!! we want you to fall in love with every purchase you make with us. If something doesn’t turn out as you expected, we’re here to help.

  • 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Unused, unwashed and in perfect condition.
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase.

Details of our returns and refunds policy

Eligibility for returns and refunds

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized or made-to-order products.
  • Hygiene-related items (for health and safety reasons).

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@itspackngo.comand include your order number.

We will do our best to stop the shipment, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or handed over to the carrier.

If the order has already been dispatched and cannot be cancelled, you can handle it as a return in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.

How to start a return

Option 1: From your customer account (recommended)

Log in to your customer account here: 👉 https://account.itspackngo.com

Enter the same email address you used to place your order. You don’t need a password: you’ll receive a 6-digit code by email to sign in.

Once inside, go to the Order section and click Request return. Select the item(s) you want to return, then indicate the quantity and the reason.

We will email you the instructions and the status of your return.

Option 2: Contacting our team

If you prefer, you can contact our customer support team at support@itspackngo.com, including your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.

We will provide you with the instructions and the address for returning your item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Note: Return Delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges or replacements

We only replace items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@itspackngo.combefore sending any item back.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend that you:

  • Check again with your bank or payment provider (it may take a few days to be processed).
  • Contact your credit card company or PayPal.

If you have done all of this and still haven’t received it, please email us at support@itspackngo.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 60 days of delivery and include:

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue.

We will replace or refund your item as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

International orders

For international customers, please note that:

  • Standard Delivery is free to all countries where we sell.
  • Your country may apply taxes, fees or customs duties when the package arrives; these charges are not included in the price and are non-refundable.
  • In the case of a return, the cost of sending the item back to our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
